The Astoria

Today we had lunch at the Astoria as Great Granddad's guests. We were joined by Vicki, Barry, Jen, Lisa, Nathan, Amanda, Mark and Jamie. Chantal had a blast touring around Great Granddad's apartment and looking at all his pictures. I enjoyed being somewhere without stairs so that I didn't have to watch Austin like a hawk! We visited for a while and then headed down to the Astoria restuarant for lunch.



We had a delicious lunch in the restaurant and everyone enjoyed it. It's a beautiful building and the dining area is very nice. After lunch we went on a tour of the Astoria. Chantal lead Great Granddad by grabbing his hand and pulling him along saying "come on Great Granddad! Come on!" We saw the pool room, the bridge room, the internet room, the cinema and the gym. Mark took Chantal on the treadmill in the gym and ramped up the speed. He's going to be a great Daddy!
